Q: Do attendees need to install an app?
A: No, guests simply scan the event QR code or use a tablet/touchscreen device at the venue—no app or registration required.

Q: What if a guest can’t scan the QR code?
A: Staff or guests can use any tablet, phone, or touchscreen device to enter a name and instantly see the seat assignment. Tablet Mode is available for Pro and Pro Plus users.

Q: Is my data secure?
A: Yes, your guest and seating data are stored securely and only accessible to you and your attendees.

Q: Can I use this for more than one event?
A: Free accounts can only have one event (cannot delete/replace). Pro accounts allow up to 3 events at the same time. Pro Plus allows unlimited events.

Q: What’s the difference between Free, Pro, and Pro Plus?
A: Free accounts allow up to 20 attendees and manual entry, with 1 event only (no Tablet Mode). Pro accounts offer unlimited attendees, CSV upload, manual additions, Tablet Mode, and up to 3 events at the same time. Pro Plus gives you unlimited events, unlimited attendees, CSV upload, Tablet Mode, and priority support, for a yearly subscription via PayPal.

Q: How do I upgrade to Pro Plus?
A: Click the "Subscribe with PayPal" button in the Pro Plus section above to start your yearly subscription. Your account will be upgraded instantly after payment.

Q: What devices are supported?
A: Any device with a modern web browser—phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops.

Q: How does the Pro Plus subscription work?
A: Pro Plus is billed yearly via PayPal subscription. You can cancel anytime from your PayPal account, and your Pro Plus features will remain active until the end of your paid period.
